Abstract
In this paper, we propose novel subscriber reconfigurable-time division multiplexed passive optical network (SR-TDM PON) architectures with wavelength dynamicity and protection features in order to provide more bandwidths to the subscribers. Moreover, we demonstrate the network design flexibility for various SR-TDM PON architectures in terms of wavelength dynamicity range.
