Abstract

Organizational sense of justice and organizational politics perception are key contents that organizational behavior focuses on. In combing research literature about organizational sense of justice and politics perception, we believe that both have significant correlation in concept, meaning, structure dimensions, which produce impact on employees' cognition and behavior from different levels. The paper summarizes that organizational sense of justice have differences and close connection, which commonly have an effect on organizational performance. It is an important topic that study and practices of human resource management are focused on.
