* Reaction values of 3 + and 4+ were considered positive [1, 2]. t Including Bacteroides distasonis (26 strains), Bacteroides ovatus (52 strains), Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron (34 strains), Bacteroides uniformis (25 strains), Bacteroides vulgatus (24 strains), Bacteroides melaninogenicus (four strains), Bacteroides ruminicola (two strains), Bacteroides putredenis (two strains), and Bacteroides bivius (two strains).
