Abstract

Superior labral anterior posterior (SLAP) lesions arise from different injury mechanisms. Their association with an anteroinferior labrum detachment is a challenging situation for athletes. Arthroscopic techniques over the open procedures are suitable for an accurate reconstruction of the involved structures.
