Abstract
The article scrutinizes the federal Law «About physical culture and sports» and on its basis the standard-legal base of sports and health sector is analyzed. The basic federal statutory acts by which the physical training and sports governmental bodies in subjects of the Russian Federation should be guided have been defined.
