Abstract
Using the method of combining static reliability and dynamic reliability, this paper converts the calculation of structural seismic reliability to the calculation of probability of the structural response maximum beyond the resistance boundary. Thus exceeding probability analysis of random process is converted to probability characteristic analysis of random variable. According to the above idea the seismic reliability analysis method based on the maximum of seismic response is proposed. The reinforced concrete beam bridge example calculations show that the calculation results of seismic reliability analysis method based on the maximum of seismic response can meet the engineering accuracy requirements.
