Abstract
• A squamous cell carcinoma developed in an odontogenic keratocyst. We emphasize the histomorphologic findings. Although a unique occurrence, the now-documented possibility of malignant transformation requires careful microscopic examination of all odontogenic keratocysts. (Arch Otolaryngol1981;107:568-569)
