Action of piperazine on Necator, trichuris and strongyloides

Abstract

Piperazine adipate was administered in five cases of Necator americanus infestation, in five cases of Trichuris trichiura infestation, and in five cases of Strongyloides stercoralis infestation. It appears that piperazine has some action against Necator when repeated doses are given, but no action against Trichuris or Strongyloides.
