Abstract
To measure the liquidity of the company, can be used several ratios, one with the Current Ratio (CR). To measure profitability, companies can use the Earnings Per Share (EPS). Meanwhile, to measure the market, companies can use the Price Earnings Ratio (PER). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Current Ratio, Earnings Per Share, and Price Earnings Ratio of the stock price either partially or simultaneously. This study used the method of hypothesis testing. Financial data taken from the entities included in the company LQ45 2006-2009. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results partially showed that the variable Current Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. While the variable Earnings Per Share and Price Earnings Ratio has a significant influence on stock prices. As simultaneously, the results showed that the variables Current Ratio, Earnings Per Share, and Price Earnings Ratio has a significant influence on stock prices.
