Abstract
GPT (Gabidulin-Paramonov-Tretyakov) cryptosystem is one of the known public key cryptosystem. Up to recent time there were few structural attacks (Gibson, Overbeck) which were successful. In 2008 Gabidulin introduced some modification which makes impossible these structural attacks. Here, we use this modified GPT cryptosystem in noisy channels and estimate its performance at different parameters. Simulation results are presented.
