Abstract
Repolarization in ferroelectric films of lead zirconate-titanate Pb(Zi 0.5 Ti 0.5 )O 3 and lead titanate PbTiO 3 during continuous cyclic switching under the influence of an external field of rectangular form is investigated. The mobility of domain walls μ is calculated for different thicknesses of the studied films according to the experimental values of switching time τ s .
