Urban Traffic Noise Analysis and Control Measures

Abstract

The sources of urban traffic noise, as well as causes of various noises were introduced. Control measures of urban traffic noise were proposed. According to the mechanism of the noise, control the noises of road traffic and rail traffic from the following respective aspects, running vehicles, road pavement, surrounding environment, national laws and regulations etc. It is possible to provide references for relevant departments to formulate laws and regulations related to vehicle noise and city municipal building.
