Abstract

High-speed photometry of SS Cyg and RX And following maximum light has been used to search for pulsations. No periodicities are observed for SS Cyg, a U Gem type star. Pulsations are observed in RX And, a Z Cam type, at 35.7 s, following a normal maximum; but no pulsations are observed after a short maximum. Pulsations from 38 to 54 s are also seen in RX And after the normal maximum, but further confirmation is needed.
