Abstract

Abstract 1,3‐Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) has been exploited as an activating agent for nucleoside‐H‐phosphonates in the solution as well as solid phase synthesis of oligonucleotide and is effective in terms of speed and coupling efficiency.
