Abstract
In order to obtain paraboloid shape fabric, this paper focused on the fabric structural design method suitable for modified traditional loom weaving. Defining the shape and length of parabola of paraboloid fabric by calculate. Analysised the principle of paraboloid fabric forming by researching the shape of infinitesimal body at different part of paraboloid fabric, obtained the shape of infinitesimal bodies meet the requirements of paraboloid fabric forming. A paraboloid fabric was woven and the designed structure was obtained.
