An Analysis of the Ecological Effectiveness in City Sustainable Development from the View of Scientific Ecological Scale

From the ecological point of view, the ecological thinking is necessary in building a harmonious society and urban planning. For the ecological behavior shows the low effectiveness in city planning. Planners should re-recognize their work ethic and establish a new scientific ecological scale view. And it’s suggested that some new layers are established according to the nature of the ecological connotation. They are the ecological compensation and rehabilitation, the use of ecological flows and scientific scale, community and urban competitiveness, and so on, which can fulfill ecological behavior and essential requirement of urban sustainable development.
