Abstract

Although laboratory tests indicated that insecticidal laminated tapes containing propoxur, chlorpyrifos or diazinon remained active for long periods, simulated and actual field efficacy against Blattella germanica (L.) was minimal. Effectiveness was related directly with dosage and was dependent on stimuli that increased cockroach movement or foraging.
