Abstract
Skeletal scintigraphy in patients with lymphoma typically reveals multiple subtle lesions with variable involvement of the axial and appendicular skeleton. The distribution of skeletal lesions in non-Hodgkins lymphoma in previous reports has shown the axial skeleton to be involved in 79% of cases, as opposed to 21% involvement of the appendicular skeleton. A case of non-Hodgkins lymphoma (T-cell type) in a 6-year-old girl is presented, revealing exclusive involvement of the appendicular skeleton and sparing of the axial skeleton.
