Abstract

Abstract Anticholinergic syndrome is a common phenomenon because of the frequent administration of atropine in organophosphate poisoning. This diagnosis should be considered in patients with altered mental state following therapy with atropine. We report a case of delirium 48 h after atropine treatment for organophosphate poisoning.
