Abstract
The authors consider the ordinary and iterated Tikhonov regularization for solving nonlinear ill-posed problems, and propose a strategy for choosing the regularization parameter. Under certain conditions, the authors obtain the convergence and convergence rates of the ordinary and iterated Tikhonov regularized solutions.
