The Quality of Education Concept

Abstract
Modernization of Russian education system includes creation of an independent estimation of quality of education. This necessity is connected, first of all, with the transition from invariant educational system to multiple system and the including the Russian education system to the world educational space. The concept of quality of education and criteria of its estimation are object for discussion in sphere of modern Russian formation. Unique formal criterion of quality of education for the present moment becomes conformity of its maintenance to educational standards. Besides this criterion easily enough gives in to measurement. Nevertheless it is obvious, that unique formal criterion not in a condition to reflect real quality of education in its any level. Thus, for creation of adequate system of an estimation of quality of education it is necessary to define precisely those criteria which "qualities of education " will form a basis for development of concept
