Abstract
A new family of transfer functions is derived in which three parameters, passband ripple, stopband attenuation and stop-band ripple, are assignable. The method uses standard elliptic transfer functions, which are transformed. Formulas relating the desired response to the prototype elliptic-transfer-function characteristics are given.
