The formation and development of the economic law not only promoted the change of traditional law subject system, but also to human social and economic development has important influence, especially under the background of building a harmonious society in our country, the economic law can stand in the perspective of safeguarding the interests of the whole society, through the coordination and balance of various economic relations, in order to maximize the interests of the society as a whole. This article discusses the economic law is to the important value of building a harmonious society, how to perfect the construction of the economic law forward some path selection, in order to build a harmonious society to play a more important role.
