Abstract
The model and the stability of the networked control system with time delay and data packet dropout are studied in this paper. Based on the fixed rate of the data packet dropout, the networked control system is modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system(ADS) with rate constraints on events. The sufficient condition to the exponential stability of the networked control system is derived from the conclusion of the ADS. Simulation shows the validity of the method.
