Inflation has been a threat to China's economic development with stability and efficiency. China's inability to control inflation could jeopardize China's reaching its economic targets. Indeed, an appreciation of economic dynamics of inflation is crucial. Once sources of inflation have been identified, effective policies to control inflation can then be adopted.
