Abstract

An solid, highly conductive to ions and with a three-dimensional superionic conductor (NASICON)-type structure, was developed by introducing pentavalent ions into NASICON-type . Because ion doping of the NASICON-type solid reduced the interaction between and the surrounding ions, the highest ion conductivity among the NASICON-type ion conducting solids was obtained.
