Abstract
Some di‐ and triorganotin(IV) complexes of 2‐hydroxyacetophenone semicarbazone (H2MeSSC) and thiosemicarbazone (H2MeSTSC) have been synthesized by the reactions of corresponding di‐ and triorganotin(IV) chlorides with the anionic form of the ligands in desired molar ratios. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectral (IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR) studies.
