Abstract
A method is presented for evaluating double‐layer charging of porous electrodes. The maximum in the curve of i t vs . t lends itself readily to experimental evaluation. Values of the double‐layer capacity determined for the Pb and PbO 2 electrodes in sulfuric acid are in agreement with those reported in the literature.
