Abstract
In a double blind trial 0·1% hydrocortisone butyrate cream gave after a week a significantly better therapeutic response in eczema than 0·1% triamcinolone acetonide (P<0·05) and hydrocortisone acetate. The methods for clinical trials are discussed.
