Long-term dynamics of certain parameters of pacific herring Clupea pallasii (clupeidae) in the peter the great bay

The population structure and dynamics of the Pacific herring Clupea pallasii in the Peter the Great Bay was analyzed. It was shown that a lower abundance level is generally characteristic of this herring population. Very strong generations appear only once every several decades because their development requires a complex combination of conditions: high reproduction, some initial level of abundance, and favorable climatic and hydrological conditions.
