Abstract
Abstract—his paper has presented a design scheme of the new model of the impact pneumatic cylinder, and designed and analyzed the key part of the impact pneumatic cylinder ,such as direction-control valves, piston rod. Meanwhile, the experimental model-machine was manufactured and used for the test on the experimental platform. The numerous lifespan testing, based on simulation in the practical working environment, was conducted and we obtained the pressure variation in impact pneumatic cylinder, and concluded that the impact energy and working life could be dramatically improved.
