Abstract

Objective: To explore the ATP bioluminescence assay for inspection, the feasibility of bacteria for the surface of the egg hygiene field fast detection provide the scientific basis. Methods: The ATP bioluminescence assay and national standard method (agar plate notation) compared to detection of 100 eggs, the natural pollution situation. Results: With increasing pollution, on the ATP biological fluorescence instrumentation examines the correspondence RLU (relative light units, relative fluorescence intensity) the value is bigger, the agar plate notation picks out the egg bacterium fungus number is more bigger, to the RLU value which picks out to the value and the colony total to the value makes statistics analysis of linear correlation, the result shows that R2 = 0.9466, it has statistically significant, positive correlation between the two. Conclusions: ATP bioluminescence assay can be used in food hygiene in the field of egg hygiene quick check.
