Abstract
This paper aims to highlight how the county hospital manages to monitor the amount of medical waste produced. For three semesters the waste management activity has been monitored and analyzed. The regression analysis reveals that some medical waste depends on patients’ number with highly significance. The paper also reveals the most common risks generated by improper handling and collection of medical waste.
