Abstract

The annealing of Nb and Ta irradiated at 13\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K with 2-MeV electrons has been investigated from 13 to 301\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K. Peaks are found at 24.0, 99.1, and 135.7\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K in Nb and at 27.4, 34.2, 40.9, 124.5, and 157.0\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K in Ta. Annealing curves, damage-production curves, and activation energies are given.
