Stalking is also connected with arousing the justifiable by the circumstances feeling of the threat or a significant invasion of another person's privacy (or a person with whom the victim is connected with). Stalking is a well-known phenomenon, however it has grown in strength lately. It is connected with rapid development of technique and the new methods of communication.
