Abstract

We examine the two orbital Hubbard model within dynamical mean field theory. The two orbital Hubbard model is the basic model for treating strongly correlated electrons in degenerate e g -bands, as found for example in the manganites. We have calculated the magnetic phases of the model for different interaction values and fillings of the system at T = 0.
