Abstract

At present, the modern distance education concepts of local people are extremely backward in Chinese western underdeveloped regions. Owing to weak western education foundation and resources shortage, they should combine with structural and functional elements of modern distance education service system, strengthen information technological services and promote the quality of distance education service in western underdeveloped regions.
