Abstract
Two-pole bandstop filters employing a single dual-mode microstrip square loop resonator were proposed. Two filter designs with a pair of reflection zeros at real/imaginary finite frequencies were demonstrated with EM-simulated and measured results. It has been shown that the reflection zero can be easily controlled by simply changing the size of the perturbation element.
