Multiple-beam interference occurs in the Michelson interferometer when a semi-transparent mirror is inserted between the radiation source and the beam-splitter. This phenomenon is analyzed in detail and method of reconstructing the spectrum from the interferogram obtained with such an interferometer is described. Reconstructed spectra using an electronic computer are in good agreement with the assumed original spectra.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
