Abstract

Pervious concrete, as an environment-friendly road pavement material in urban roads, has been widely utilized. In this study, a new permeability testing apparatus for detection pervious concrete permeability under simulated rainfall condition. The results shows that: i). The new testing device for pervious concrete permeability could accurately reflect the pervious concrete work status, ii). The infiltration rate with the constant falling head condition was larger than that of the imitating rainfall weather condition when the porosity >;22%.
