Abstract
Dental trauma to the anterior maxillary teeth is common in children, which may result in fracture or tooth dislocation. One of the options for managing coronal tooth fractures when the tooth fragment is available is reattachment, which can provide good and long-lasting aesthetics. This article reports on coronal tooth fracture case that was successfully treated using tooth fragment reattachment. Reattachment of a tooth fragment is a viable technique that restores function and aesthetics with a very conservative approach.
