Abstract

Both technology and institution are important innovation factors, technological innovation and institutional innovation interact and impulse each other to attain economic growth. At present, to grasp the main aspect of the innovation system contradiction movement, to change the traditional tendency of preferring technological innovation to institutional innovation, and to quicken the step of institutional innovation, are urgently required to build innovative nation to attain innovation drive of economic growth instead of resource reliance pattern in China.
