Abstract

73 As( 73 Ge) Mössbauer emission spectroscopy is used to ascertain that the transition of the (Pb 0.4 Sn 0.6 ) 0.86 In 0.14 Te solid solution to a superconducting state is accompanied by a change in electronic density at the cation sites, and spatial inhomogeneities in the Bose condensate of Cooper pairs are revealed.
