Abstract
With the development of computer network technology, the internet presents a high bandwidth delay product characteristic. The traditional congestion control algorithm, with high delay network and transfer inefficiency, is not suitable for the existing network. This paper proposes a congestion control algorithm that combines the loss and delay signal to adjust the congestion widow. This algorithm is based on BIC algorithm and uses the packet loss rate and delay time to adjust the congestion window to achieve high throughput in high-latency environment.
