Abstract
In this paper a monoenzymatic method of sulfite determination in foods and beverages is propounded. This method is based on sulfite oxidation by sulfite oxidase with ferricyanide as electron acceptor. The relative standard deviation of the method in the range assayed is similar to that of other currently available methods.
