Indiana – Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and Documentation of Discrimination

Indiana’s state anti-discrimination law does not prohibit employment discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation although a Governor’s Executive Order does protect state employees from those two forms of discrimination.
