Abstract
Two new species of eriophyid mites, Aceria zoostrix n.sp. and Aceria aristidae n.sp. (Acari: Prostigmata), are described from a grass, Aristida sp. (Poaceae) collected in São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil. Illustrations are given.
