Among various dimensions of organizational justice, interactive justice (0.537) has the highest influence on employees’ organizational commitment followed by procedural justice (0.415) and distributive justice (0.331). According to literature mainly addressing linear relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment using regression, in the present study we tried to offer a more detailed description of organizational factors’ interrelations by means of partial least square technique Smart PLS Software.
