Abstract
We have analyzed linkage disequilibrium between haplotypes and allelic incompatibilities between Taq I RELPs concerning the probe 49f, located on the Y chromosome. For most (but one) observed haplotypes, discrepancies between observed and expected frequencies can be easily explained allowing a small number of incompatibilities beetween alleles.
