Abstract

The coordination of chlorobenzene to Cr(CO) 3 and ClC 6 H 5 Cr + fragments is shown to result in a considerable rise in the NQR frequency of chlorine atoms. The field constant in (chlorobenzene)chromium tricarbonyl was found to grow markedly, relative to pure chlorobenzene.
